Founded in 2004, Village by the Sea is a South Beach luxury residential development consisting of 2 parcels of land on Ocean Drive, 2 swimming pools, private beach access, and 16 total residential units: 10 units west of Ocean Drive between Coquina Lane and Pirate Cove Lane, and 6 units east of Ocean Drive between The Colony Club and The Prestige Hotel.
